The problem
Closed windows keep everything in.
Modern buildings and new windows are airtight. Moisture, CO₂ and pollutants stay in the room. Opening the windows in winter throws the heat out and lets in noise and dust.
How the air changes without losing the heat.
The problem
Modern buildings and new windows are airtight. Moisture, CO₂ and pollutants stay in the room. Opening the windows in winter throws the heat out and lets in noise and dust.
The copper
Stale room air flows through the copper exchanger's channels and leaves its heat in the copper. In the neighbouring channels, fresh outdoor air picks that heat up. Copper's natural antiseptic properties stop bacteria and microbes spreading from the unit.
The result
Room air at +20 °C leaves at about +1 °C, because it has left its heat in the copper. Outdoor air at 0 °C comes in warmed to about +19 °C. That's up to 98% efficiency.
So it runs all year, winter included.
Protects the heat exchanger from freezing in the cold season and raises the incoming air by 3–4 °C in night mode.
InStandardPremiumPremium Plus
Defrosts and warms the system after a stop and before the cold season, so frozen moisture can't damage the fans. Use it together with Mini-heating when it's below +4 °C outside.
InStandardPremiumPremium Plus
The ventilation adjusts itself to humidity, CO₂ and air quality (VOC), depending on the configuration. Mini-heating and Winter mode switch on and off by themselves.
InPremiumPremium Plus
Works like AUTO, with the power capped so it stays quieter. Recommended for bedrooms and rest areas.
